Pronto for iOS

I updated from the original Pronto. Where’s my data?

Your lists, events and to-dos import automatically the first time Pronto 2.0 opens. If something looks missing, don’t delete the app: email us first and we’ll help.

Reminders aren’t appearing

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Pronto, and make sure notifications are allowed. A Focus mode can also silence them, so if you use Focus, add Pronto to its allowed apps. Reminders are scheduled on the device, so no signal or internet is needed.

Adding a widget

Press and hold the Home Screen, tap the top-left button, and search for Pronto. Lock Screen widgets are added from the Lock Screen’s customise mode. Touch and hold a widget to choose which category it shows.

How repeating events behave

When a repeating event’s date passes, it rolls forward to the next occurrence on its own, and its checklist resets so the list is fresh each time. Events in the built-in Birthdays category always repeat yearly.

New phone: does my data come with me?

Pronto’s data is included in your iPhone backup, so restoring or transferring to a new phone brings everything along. There is no separate account or sign-in.

Which languages does it speak?

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese. Pronto follows your device language automatically.
